Motor retailer Reg Vardy has bought 12 sites from the Barclay Brothers’ Caledonia Motor Group for £18.8m.
Vardy now has 77 dealerships in the UK. The recent additions to the network are in the West of Scotland, North East England, Yorkshire, the Midlands and the South East.
According to the group’s chairman Peter Vardy: “This is a very exciting acquisition, representing further substantial progress in the company’s stated strategy for growth.”
