The North London Muslim Housing Association has unveiled a £500m plant to build 10,000 homes over 10 years in some of London’s most deprived districts.
It plans a first phase of 50-100 houses and is trying to identify a locality to launch the project.
In Birmingham the Saltley and Small Heath Single Regeneration Budget scheme is looking to improve and provide more housing and regenerate the area so that it is suitable for South Asian families.
