Henry Boot Developments has secured consent for 7,000 sq m (75,500 sq ft) offices and 160 parking spaces at Paradise Circus, Birmingham.
Ken Gledhill, managing director of Henry Boot, said: “The planning permission for West Point will complete our development of Paradise Circus. With the continued lack of new office developments commencing within the city centre, West Point can now be seen as a realistic opportunity which is capable of occupation within 18 months.”
Henry Boot has already developed over 73,000 sq ft in two offices as well as a Copthorne Hotel on Paradise Circus. Now, through joint letting agents GVA Grimley and Knight Welch Bryce, is looking for prelets in excess of 2,787 sq m (30,000 sq ft) before starting on site.
