LivingWell has bought the Viva! health club chain for £24.2m.
Viva! has five clubs in Solihull, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham and Wilmslow in Cheshire. The acquisition takes LvingWell to 74 branches. It has another four in the pipeline.
