Barclays Property Investment has sold the long lease on its 11,120 sq m (119,695 sq ft) warehouse in Andover, Hampshire, to Consolidated Property Investments for £6.175m reflecting a net initial yield of 8.1%.
The distribution unit is on the Walworth Industrial Estate and is let to Londis (Holdings) for another 17 years at a rent of £52.31 per sq m (£4.86 per sq ft).
