Frogmore Estates has sold 20 properties to Hackremco for £37m.
They include £25.35m of investment properties, including shopping centres at Dorking, Surrey; Erdington, Birmingham and an industrial estate at Crayford, Kent.
The portfolio produces £3.45m of rent annually.
