Friends Provident has sold Arnhem House in Leicester for £7.8m, showing a net initial yield of 8.86%.
The property comprises 5172 sq m (55,680 sq ft) of offices and 37 on-site parking spaces located at Waterloo Way.
Arnhem House is let to Royal Insurance for 25 years from September 7 1990 at an annual rent of £724,135, with a break option in 2010.
