WP Carey is to muscle in on the UK property investment market with more than £500m to spend over the next five years.
The US real estate investor will be looking for industrial and office buildings with single tenants, on long leases.
It is already looking at about 25 properties with Celexa Real Estate Investment Management, its adviser and intended manager of the UK portfolio. One of the buildings they are looking at is said to be worth £75m.
