Paul Sykes, the 40% owner of the Meadowhall shopping centre confirmed he is in talks to sell the massive shopping centre to British Land for about £1.2bn.
In an in-depth interview, Sykes added that he is selling his property interests to concentrate on his campaign against the European single currency.
