Cable & Wireless Communication plans to open a new call centre at Swansea Enterprise Park.
The new centre will have massive floorplates able to accommodate 1,200 staff on a floor the size of three football pitches. CWC already has three call centres in Brighton, Manchester and Glasgow.
NTL has also announced plans to invest £4.5m in creating 800 call centre jobs in East Belfast.
