Triarc has plans to open 102 Arby’s sandwich bars under a franchise deal with Sybra Restaurants UK.
The Times City Diary points out Arby’s tried to cross over from the US in 1992 when it announced plans for 100 outlets. Two opened in London and Glasgow but did not survive for long, it says.
