Construction “partnering” is winning a lot of support but some firms are treating it as a passing fad, according to a feature in the Financial Times.
Partnering is the joint management of large construction projects.
It brings all parties together to form common goals, integrate design and control, involve contractors at an early stage, set up mechanisms to resolve disputes and share all project outcomes.
