Arlington Securities is planning a £100m office campus site on a printworks site in Uxbridge.
The developer bought the Sanderson Printworks on Oxford Road from Gamma, a Dutch holding company that owns Sanderson, for around £20m and is understood to be planning a 32,515 sq m (350,000 sq ft) scheme.
The 32ha (80 acre) site was sold without consent and Arlington will submit plans next year. Sanderson will take a temporary leaseback on the 23,225 sq m (250,000 sq ft) fabric printing factory on site.
