MWB Business Exchange has opened its first serviced office in Scotland.
It has taken 3,345 sq m (36,000 sq ft) at 9-10 St Andrews Square, Edinburgh, at £226per sq m (£21 per sq ft).
The Grade I listed building is being fully refurbished and will open at the end of March.
Philip Newborough, joint managing director of MWB Business Exchange said: “This prime site in the heart of Edinburgh’s financial district marks the first centre for us in Scotland. We’re confident of strong demand and are looking at other major business centres throughout Scotland for further expansion.”
MWB has 29 serviced office centres in the UK with a further three in solicitors’ hands.
