Paul Bullman is joining FPDSavills’ Manchester office. He will head its asset and management business departments for the north of England.
He leaves Gooch Webster’s Manchester office next month, where he was director and head of the asset and facilities management department for the North since 1994.
Mark Ridley, head of FPD’s Manchester office, said: “Paul’s knowledge and skills mean we can continue to enhance our portfolio through active management, building on the team’s strengths and developing new areas of business.”
Bullman supercedes Aidan Grimshaw, who left FPDSavills last December to establish and manage Commercial Estates Management’s new northern office.
