Bill Oliver is joining development and investment company St Modwen Properties as finance director at the end of the month.
Oliver, previously finance director of Dwyer Estates, has over 20 years experience in the property industry having worked for Alfred McAlpine and Barratt.
Anthony Glossop, deputy chairman and chief executive of St Modwen Properties, said: “Bill Oliver brings a wealth of experience and will bring a fresh perspective to the continued progress of St Modwen.”
