Barrister Philip Kolvin will join hundreds of activists demonstrating at UCI cinemas across the country next week.
The protestors object to granting of planning consent for their development of Crystal Palace. Although approval has not been revoked, the case has been taken to the House of Lords, the European Commission, the European Parliament and the European Court of Human Rights.
Kolvin, who works in the chambers of Anthony Scrivener, QC, has secured support from Michael Fordham, who acted against General Pinochet, and solicitors Leigh Day who are campaigning for compensation for former Japanese prisoners of war.
