NHP in top 20 Stock Market flops league

Nursing Home Properties (NHP) has emerged as one of the worst-performing stocks surviving on the London Stock Exchange, according to research by The Times.

NHP appears 16th in a list of 20 worst percentage losers from peak to trough in the survey which charts the progress of investment duds from their debut day on the market.

Its shares started trading on August 21 1995. They have lost £208m in market capitalisation and £100m invested at the start is now worth £51.90.
