Alenia Marconi Systems will make way for an office campus of 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft) at Frimley, Surrey.
It follows the exchange of contracts by Development Securities and Equitable Life for the £20m acquisition of the 3.08ha (7.6 acre) site on which Marconi’s offices stand.
