Slough Estates has appointed Hugh Rogers as general manager of its construction division. He replaces Bernard Rimmer, who had been responsible for construction since 1982.
Rogers is expected to oversee the phased construction of over 464,500 sq m (5m sq ft) of business space in the UK.
