Pillar Property has bought nine retail parks for £100.4m from Great PortlandEstates.
Two of the parks – part of a total of more than 60,385 sq m (650,000 sq ft)acquired – are the Hertfordshire centres Boulevard Retail Park, Borehamwood, andthe Colne Valley Retail Park, Watford.
The initial rent roll for the new properties is £7.12m a year. The purchasetakes Pillar’s total property portfolio to more than £1.5bn.
