Seltech Group has expanded its office space in Slough with the prelet of Slough Estates 208 Bath Road office scheme.
The 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) building will be used as a new HQ, and will add to the existing office and laboratory space which Seltech occupies on Bath Road.
A 20-year lease has been taken at £301 per sq m (£28 per sq ft). The building is due for completion in January 2001.
Slough Estates is also seeking an occupier for a 2,973 sq m (32,000 sq ft) building at 190 Bath Road which should be completed in May next year.
UK leasing manager at Slough Estates, Bruce Usher, says there is considerable interest in the building.
