Quintiles Scotland has taken Earlston House at Taylor Woodrow Developments’ Almondvale Business Park on Almondvale Way in Livingston, Scotland.
Pharmaceutical group Quintiles will occupy the 2,253 sq m (24,251 sq ft) third phase of the scheme on a 15-year lease at £339,521 pa.
Taylor Woodrow bought Almondvale Business Park in 1997. Occupiers at the scheme include Compaq, HSBC and GE Harris. Now that the third phase has been let, work will soon begin on the next phase.
King Sturge & Co and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung advised Taylor Woodrow, while GVA Grimley represented Quintiles.
