BP Arco has beaten Johnson Wax in a bid to let Compass Point in Staines.
The 6,410 sq m (69,000 sq ft) office building formerly occupied by BAT, was marketed by Nelson Bakewell at a quoting rent of £334 per sq m (£31 per sq ft). Johnson Wax was understood to have made a bid for the building several weeks ago.
BP Arco also occupies offices in nearby Sunbury.
