Regus has announced it will launch a £1.2bn-£1.6bn floatation next month.
It intends to raise £235-£286m on the London Stock Exchange. The move comes a year after ditching its original flotation plans.
The international serviced offices provider published a pathfinder document which showed it expects current-year revenues of £385m-£415m.
