Cambridge’s growth is being threatened by lack of space for homes and businesses and growing traffic problems.
A report claims that large US firms are rejecting the region because they can’t find enough space and that academics are turning down posts because of problems finding homes.
Traffic problems are also restricting growth, as well as local planning policy, says the report.
