Hercules Property Services, which owns Dunlop Heywood and Harman Healy, has appointed Robert Plumb as chief executive with effect from today. Larry Lipman, previously chairman and chief executive, will continue as chairman.
Plumb joins from Associate Capital Corporation (ACC), where he was chief executive officer of the group’s European business. Previously he was managing director and chief executive of Avco Trust, where he was responsible for the merger of Avco and ACC’s financial service’s retail network.
Lipman said that Plumb would be responsible for the next phase of Hercules’ development, expanding it into other related financial and property services.
Since its de-merger from Safeland in1996, Hercules has grown from a capitalisation of £1.5m to £45m.
