Gazeley Properties has paid MM Holding UK and Colthrop Board Mill £17.25m for a 14.6ha (36-acre) development site at Colthrop Lane, Thatcham, Berkshire.
The company plans to build 6,968 sq m (75,000 sq ft) of B1, B2 and B8 at the site.
CMS Cameron McKenna acted for Gazeley, while Gouldens represented the vendors.
