A joint venture between Countryside Properties’ Copthorn Homes and Whitecliff Properties has won the go-ahead for a £67m housing scheme called Stone Castle, alongside Bluewater, Dartford, in Kent.
Some 201 homes will be built on 2.19ha (5.4 acres) to the north of the shopping centre.
Another 250 homes will be built on the former waste tip subject to planning permission.
