Clubhaus is looking for buyers for four properties worth a combined £12m.
They are three golf facilities and the Fox Club in Mayfair, in London’s West End.
The announcement followed the unveiling of the acquisition of the Essex Golf and Country Club from Messenger Leisure for £5.5m.
