Crest Nicholson Properties (CNP) has signed two deals totalling 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) at its mixed-use, 25ha (62-acre) Waterwells Business Park in Gloucester.
Component manufacturer Infast Group has signed a 20-year lease at a rent of £60.28 per sq m (£5.60 per sq ft) for a 6,596 sq m (71,000 sq ft) distribution warehouse, which comprises 2,044 sq m (22,000 sq ft) of ancillary office space. Greetings card company the Paperhouse Group is paying a rent of £61.89 per sq m (£5.75 per sq ft) on its 2,601 sq m (28,000 sq ft) distribution scheme. Both companies are relocating their headquarters to the site.
Existing tenants on the scheme include Alpha Colour Printers, Rochling Materials UK and a Holiday Inn Express.
DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Alder King represented CNP. Infast Group represented itself. The Paperhouse Group was represented by Knight Frank and Bruton Knowles.
