More retailers sign for Hampshire outlet centre

Three more retailers have signed up for space at The Whiteley Village Designer Outlet centre in Hampshire.

Jigsaw has signed up for 242 sq m (2,600 sq ft) and country clothing retailer John Partridge is taking a 140 sq m (1,500 sq ft) unit.

Exclusive ladieswear company, Ghost, has also announced that it is to open its first factory outlet store, comprising 243m2 (2,619 sq ft), at the centre by the end of the year.

The deals follow recent lettings to Joseph, Jasper Conran and Antonino D’errico.

Andrew Rollings, retail director for the centre said: “Whiteley is a real success story. We are attracting very high calibre of tenants and proving our status as one of the UK’s best outlets.”

Letting agent for the scheme is Phoenix Beard.
