The Prime Minister will visit the Millennium Dome today where he will underline his government’s commitment to the regeneration of the area.
Sun Microsystems has confirmed it will take space in the high-technology innovation centre Legacy is planning for the Greenwich, south-east London, venue.
Meanwhile, MPS have voted to extend the life of the Millennium Commission until August. Its life has been extended beyond the end of this year so more funds can be secured from the National Lottery to cover arising liabilities from the Dome.
