US-based Hines Air Property has bought two sites close to Heathrow Airport for a total of £5.5m, representing the company’s first investment in the UK airport property market.
The site on Blackthorne Road, Poyle, was acquired from Alpha Airports Group, and the site on Challenge Road, Bedfont, from PRICOA. The company hopes to develop £16m of distribution over the two sites.
