Philip Byrne, managing director of Dunloe Ewart since September 1997, has been charged in the Dublin District Court today with breaches of the Companies Act 1990.
The charges are in connection with Byrne’s disposal of shares in Dunloe Ewart in April and May 97.
A company statement said: “The board unanimously confirms its fullest confidence in Byrne as managing director of the company.”
