Serviced office firm Regus has taken the remaining space at Teesland’s central London office building, 50 Broadway Buildings.
The 2,283 sq m (24,540 sq ft) space, which Regus has prelet at £52.50 per sq ft (£565 per sq m), will overlook St James Park when completed in July 2001.
Teesland has already prelet six floors of the building to Bircham & Co.
Chris Boulton of Regus described the building as “the consummation of our joint venture agreement with Teesland”.
