Russ Berrie, teddy bear designer and manufacturer, is to relocate its European headquarters to Hounsdown Business Park, adjacent to the A326 in Southampton.
The 21,000 sq m (226,000 sq ft) office and warehouse facility will be built on a 4.9ha (12-acre) site. Planning permission has already been obtained and the company will relocate from its site in Nursling, Southampton.
