The government has unveiled details of cuts in rates bills for rural firms hit by foot-and-mouth.
Those with a rateable value of £12,000 or less in areas which adopt the scheme, will be eligible for a reduction of up to £1,290 for three months it they can prove the impact caused them serious loss.
