Mitsubishi Silicon Imaging (MCSi), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mitsubishi Corporation, has acquired Unit 2 at the io Centre (pictured) in Hertfordshire’s Waltham Cross.
MCSi has taken a new 15-year lease at the 2,669 sq m (28,730 sq ft) warehouse, with a break option after 10 years at a rent of £212,600 pa or £80 per sq m (£7.40 per sq ft).
The building will serve as the new UK head office and central warehouse facility for MCSi and Mitsubishis MC Imaging operation, which will be relocated from the Docklands and Amersham respectively.
