Plans for the £50m third phase of Reading International Business Park have been unveiled.
Developer Akeler hopes to complete a deal to buy the 4.4ha (8.4-acre) site from Scottish & Newcastle by October. It has consent for 33,909 sq m (365,000 sq ft) of office space, with parking for 969 cars.
Trevor Silver, Akeler’s chief executive, commented: “The development will reinforce Reading International as one of the leading office parks in Europe.”
