HBG Properties has sold its 1,030 sq m (11,087 sq ft) Sirius House office scheme at Pisces, Warrington, in a £1.8 million deal.
Shipping-to-recycling company EMR will take the building as its new HQ. It has 53 car-parking spaces.
HBG director Clive Perrin said: “The market for smaller office buildings, between 8,000 and 15,000 sq ft, had stuck in the last six months, but this deal is part of a flurry of activity which suggests the market has started moving again.”
Letting agents were Business Environments and Chesterton.
