Businessforsale.com is spreading around the world, with bars, restaurants and hotels being among the businesses it sells.
It is finding that there is more demand for bigger businesses of £1m-£2m turnover but smaller sandwich bars, cafes and restaurants are much harder to sell.
While the better locations go, some of them never sell and the owners just close and retire.
