Land Securities has secured two further tenants at its Gateshead retail park.
Sports Soccer and Holiday Hypermarket have each taken 930 sq m (10,000 sq ft) at the 25-unit park. Sports Soccer will pay £231 per sq m (£21.50 per sq ft) and Holiday Hypermarket £226 per sq m (£21 per sq ft), with both opening for trade in the summer.
Roland Nevett of LandSec said: “We are delighted to have secured two very strong new retailers to the park, broadening the shopping attraction.”
The lettings follow a series of refurbishments and relocations at the park.
