The Cullin Hills on the Isle of Skye are so safeguarded with restrictions that anyone buying them would be hard-pressed to do anything other than leave them be for people to roam, reports The Times.
Clan chief John MacLeod is looking to sell the hills to fund repairs to Dunvegan Castle.
Savills is marketing them with a £10m price tag.
