York-based housebuilder Persimmon Homes has launched a new city development office for Scotland following a rash of high profile schemes in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The new office will focus on Persimmon’s residential schemes but it will also handle the 6,503 sq m (70,000 sq ft) of commercial space which the company is developing in Newcastle and across Scotland.
Persimmon’s recent schemes in Scotland include the award-winning Morrison Street development in Glasgow and its Bonnington Bond scheme in Edinburgh.
