The former UK headquarters of worldwide education body, the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), has been bought by Welsh property group PMG.
The IBO has sold the 2,090 sq m (22,500 sq ft) Peterson House on St Mellons Business Park, Cardiff, for almost £2.5m. The IBO recently moved to a 4,645 m sq (50,000 sq ft) building at Cardiff Gate Business Park.
Gary Carver, of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, which acted for the IBO, said: “Demand for good-quality freehold office buildings remains strong with the relatively low interest rates currently being offered by lenders.”
