Property investor Jack Petchey has increased his stake in Quintain Estates through his Isle-of-Man investment vehicle, Trefick.
Petchey bought 1.7m shares in the group yesterday, increasing his stake to 5.36%. The move comes after Petchey bought 350,000 shares in the group on Monday.
Quintain boasts an extensive and diverse portfolio across the UK, including land adjacent to the Dome site in Greenwich.
The groups share price rose minimally to 191.5p on the back of the news.
