Mount Anvil, a St Albans-based property and construction group, has won a £40m PFI contract to develop student accommodation at Kingston College, Surrey.
The scheme (pictured) will provide 56 study bedrooms for students, to be managed by Broomleigh Housing Association, and 85 residential flats, to be marketed by Cathedral Group, a unit of Mount Anvil, and Persimmon Homes.
Mount Anvil will start work on the eight-storey scheme in October.
