Argus Lofts, a redevelopment of the former Argus newspaper offices in North Road, Brighton, has been unveiled by City Loft Developments.
The 10,695 sq m (115,121 sq ft) scheme, designed by Sir Terrence Conrans architectural practice Conran & Partners, was granted planning permission last week. It will offer 81 flats, with prices starting from around £130,000.
Austin Gray director Stewart Gray, the agent for the scheme, said: “This development will have a great impact on the Brighton property market.”
