Morley Fund Management has recruited Gerardine Davies from Hermes to act as fund manager for the Norwich Property Trust.
Davies, who has specialised in investment and management for 16 years at Hermes, will work alongside property investment director Chris Laxton.
Laxton said: “Gerardines wealth of experience will prove a huge asset to the team – we are delighted to have her on board. The Trusts success depends on the combined talent of the team.”
